About Us

Aravind and Ranjani are the husband-and-wife team behind the restaurant. They moved to Canada in 2018 and quickly made this town their home, bringing with them a love for authentic Indian food and warm hospitality.

Aravind has built his career in the world of food and beverage, working in some of the most prestigious hotels around the globe, including The Dorchester in London, Burj Al Arab and The Palace Downtown in Dubai, and ITC Maurya Sheraton in New Delhi. In 2017, his restaurant was recognized with the BBC Good Food Award, a milestone achievement that reflects his dedication to excellence.

Ranjani’s path is quite different but equally inspiring. With a Master’s degree in Tamil literature and experience as a primary school teacher in India, she has always carried a deep passion for cooking. Today, she shares that passion through the homemade dishes served in their restaurant.

Together, Aravind and Ranjani are committed to serving fresh, authentic Indian cuisine made from scratch—without artificial ingredients or preservatives. Their menu offers a variety of flavorful options, including vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

More than just a place to eat, their restaurant is built on the values of hospitality, care, and community. Guests are welcomed like family and treated to a memorable dining experience filled with rich flavors and heartfelt service.
